13+? Why? This has potential, if I may suggest cleaning up the lines with a soft erasure set on med low and fixing some of the bleeding of the colors, and fixing the eyes, otherwise not bad.Also try the font tool to get better lettering. Welcome btw. |

oh srry for making it confusing i should of drawn part of it flowing in the wind u see his chin is covered up by a scarfk i highlighted the hair and made the scarf look more like a scarf

Actually, it said "hiccup", but it should've said "BOOOOOOOOOM!" It would have been so much more dramatic. Computers today have no sense of theater.
