There's very often a good feel/atmosphere to your landscapes/seascapes. One little critique would be to spend a little more time on the waves. But for 16 minutes you did a good job.

Effective use of a complimentary color scheme. For whatever reason, I see the silhouettes as dragons. Are they dragons or birds? Or maybe something else? oO

looks Picassoish....a good way to get rid of that white dotted outline is to add a layer, and put it behind this layer, then fill that back layer with black, that's what I do anyway
