i don't know how to use paintbbs!!

raaag!!! i'm so bad in this applet!! i use oekaki almost exclusively and my skills in paint are non-existant...how do you go about best using the tools in this program?

Hrrmm. That depends on what you want to do. I fiddle with the opacity and size sliders quite a bit, and I always switch to the "watercolor" option. Other than that, I'm not sure. I learned a lot from watching the animations from some of the more complicated pictures, as well. |

My oekakis are not yet deserving of decent shading, color planning, or backgrounds. Ok, so I'm not as good as the rest of you... shoot me : /Comments (good or bad!) would be appreciated, as well as tips on how to improve.

A good idea is to look at the animations for other drawings and see how different people handle art. BY looking closely at how people work you should be able to improve your own skillz. And don't put ur drawings down man, just try ur best and be proud of it.
