This is a monkeyman that says halt while it has a flying device attatched to it. I got the halt thing from RtCW as the enemies says halt to you whenever they see you, they even say halt to monsters.

knuckles is the man. well try turning the opaqicity down on your brush tool (can you do that in oekaki? im assuming so.. never really used that one..) and use more than one shade of the color to give him a more 3d look.. looks like you only used 1 layer, so try using mutiple ones if you didnt already..

I can't see what it is but I'm guessing you meant Angel. Don't worry everyone makes that mistake once in their life. My mom always got on my case about that and told me "Angels use hair gel" because the last three letters are gel. I don't know if that'll help anyone but oh well. ^_^;;
