It's realy prety good but It looks almost exactlaly the same as your last guy. Try to varry your charecter's appearence In the future.

i was bored... and playing around with stuff... im using a mouse and thats why the lines are so jagged but then thats really no excuse cause there so many people who can draw relaly good with a mouse.. but whatever
