ya..First time drawing a smile with a lot of teeth x_x Something looks awkward and I can't decide whether it's the lips or the teeth.

Looking great but it looks like the teeth are off center with the mouth.. I think it's because the mouth looks like it's turned to the viewer more than the teeth...
XD oke.. I"m really bad at explaining things but; this was far better than my first try and anything slightly realistic, so keep up the good work!

its the dip and right part of the upper lip, i think. i think it might not look wierd if the dip thing was a bit wider and the right part of the upper lip was up a bit more...or makeing the whole upper lip a tiny tad bit plumper might do the trick ;) i dont know :P

Personally attacking the picture or artist,
Attacking the picture or artist out of or a grudge,
Insulting either, nor is she
Pointing out mistakes in the picture that do not exist.

So i see no point in telling her to shut up, she's done nothing wrong. She's being critical, probably, for improvement of the picture.

Allow me to be critical and not insulting in ANY way,
The background has no effort put into it.
There has been no effort put into shading/making look good the subject.

No, it didn't take 4 hours XD
I'd say an hour tops, and that's because I wasn't sure what to draw at first.
Feeling ratehr sick today :/ sore throat... stupid winter.

XD I've been looking back at Porcelains stuff, she has some great solids work... your style actually reminds me of hers..

The hair looks fine too

the only thing i might have a little problem with is probably her mouth. It looks like her teeth are clamped together and makes the expression a little...well i guess I'm just not used to seeing it^^

Yeah. Something is wrong with the mouth. I can't even tell you what it is, but it's not quite right.
The pattern on her dress must've taken awhile.

the mouth originally was closed, but I added the white for teeth as an afterthought and didn't spend as much time as I could've XD Let's pretend she doesn't feel like smiling and so it's fake.. y'know how silly fake smiles look <.< *cough* XD

And the pattern didn't take long at all, I cheated and used a 5 pixel brush set to half-tones.. you can tell especially when you zoom in.
