I think you could work on the shading, like highlights in the hair. The mouth should be an opening, not a smooth object with a different color over it. Nose is a bit messed up too. The neck should curve inward, to give that 'fragile' anime look you seem to be going for.

Although, for crits; the bcakground could be much better, less blurred, and maybe it could go better with the zombie's style. And, the highlights in the hair still bother me. They just seem... I dunno... :/
Otherwise, good job. _{bonus point for the fact that its a zombie}

Oda Nobunaga was a great Japanese warlord who conquered a lot and attempted to unify Japan. He's looked down on by some people though because he destroyed a lot of buddhist temples because he wanted everyone to follow shinto or something. He did great things though.
