I don't like how this came out, but I had a sudden urge to draw a mermaid...so I did...but it came out bad...oh well. =^o^=

shull up dave i do better pencil drawings than you and seeing as im only 12 ied say im ok for a first attempt, i noticed i drew a mushroom cloud after posting it but i like it, dosnt look all the same, also ied like to point out that the top left one also was amment to be a mushroom cloud |

Keke. He's blushing.For some reason it looks a little flat, though. I have no clue why.. maybe could use more shadows? I can't really tell where the lightsource is, that might be the problem. Or I could be strange, that's a viable option. I love the hand as well, the one on Narutos chest.

it's a slightly greenish yellow bordering on light olive color.nice design, but I don't like all the white bits, you should probably use layers or at least the mask tool then draw with a colored brush instead of fill. (basically never use flood fill)

just imagine transparencies you can paint on and switch order of and move around, but with the added ability to draw on any of them. then imagine drwaing lineart on one layer, then coloring on another. coloring on a second layer won't touch the lineart on your first layer.
