Very cool, good choice of colors. This has a "clitonic" feel to it. Yeah, I just made that word up but hopefully you get my meaning. :)
davincipoppalag (Jun 12, 2007)
Second pic by you that has that feel that Klox describes..picture in a picture..
Sweetcell (Jun 12, 2007)
I agree with Klox, which gives this a birth feel to it.Clitonic, sounds like a hangover drink. "Hangover? Let me make you a clitonic." :D

In my memoirs I wrote the following about life and art:"My disposition and my desires call for peace to spin my thread, for a steady rhythm in life and art." For somewhere in my fifties the desire of my heart turned from public speaking to the steady rhythms of writing to spin my head." This work of art has steady, regular, angular, rhythms--perhaps rhythms is not the right word--directions back and forth, back and forth, much like my writing--ad nauseam--back and forth endlessly....as I say much like aspects of my writing. I might add that the surface of writing is like the up-front black lines in your work--with a background which is as critical as the forground--indeed, an essential juxtaposition. I enjoy looking at art through the lens of my writing.

You have interesting moods Donna.. always great experimentationhad to take this further...I like it better Sci fi-esque. Thanks Poppa and interesting commentary Ron. I'm not sure exactly what's meant by it, but I appreciate you stopping by to comment. :o)

Dang, I forgot a d in the pic... Anyways, first Oekaki. That thing is supposed to be a cannon launcher or some sort of gun, so I hope the rating's ok. To lazy to really color it. Heh, I did this in between homework, so it probably only took 20-30 minutes. |

bleh..i dont really know how to work this yet >.< but i watched something online about the loch ness monster reappearing and i remembered that mitch hedberg joke "i think that big foot IS blurry, thats the problem. its not the photagrapher's fault! and i thinkthats even scarier, theres a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the counrtyside...run! he's fuzzy"....combine the two together and this is what you get ^-^ jeeze! 12 hours?! ...thats crazy
my computer froze last night before i submitted it..i guess thats why i wish i had that patience though
Sweetcell (Jun 12, 2007)
this took you 12 hours? Sriously? If you go back and erase the jagged lines (I assume you used fill, try to avoid it in future it makes pictures messy) add some shadows, highlights and a background this would look better. Welcome. |
