If I may, these are suggestions only.

The face is good but a bit too long. If you raise the mouth, lower the eyes a bit, and form the mouth so the corners line up to the middle of the eyes it would have better form. The space between the bottom of the nose and the top of the mouth is a fingertip (place your finger on the curvey part below the nose to see) As well make the head/hair smaller. It's too big and round (less you were going for boufant look :})

To make your lines less sketchy try usng the airbrush thickly, then shave down with the soft erasure. Takes more time but the results are worth it. If you add a neck and color in her hair and put a darker bg it would finish this.

It's nicely done, just needs tweakng.

So my confusion to this is, are we talking injury with your wrist and hand? Back pain, or bed sores?

That's nice! I like her expression and pose, lol... is that a skull in the background? Her skin looks nicely painted! But may I suggest, the highlights in her hair are a bit "blobby..." I've only tried doing those with blend once (that I can recall) and it didn't work out. Maybe a harder cel colouring style might work for that better? Otherwise, I like it!~
As for getting to the Intermediate boards, I'd suggest practice, too. To get in you need to have mastered basic drawing skills (2Draw words, not mine) and that's harder than it sounds. I'm not there yet either, so good luck!
