I agree. Thick lineart is sweet and yours is very clean and nice! The only advice i have would be to shade with the same color as the base color before putting the blue on, like shade the orange hair with a darker orange and then put the blue on top. It would add a more dynamic look. besides that, this is pretty.

You need more comments. This is cool. I've tried tones and they're hard to get down but they work with your anime style quite well. And you have a good anime style.
