This is okay. It's done mostly with fill tool, lines and those bendy lines and circles that you just put on. Don't use the fill tool if it's not a cartoon because it looks a little messy and not realistic (due to lack of shading I don't think this is meant to be realistic).
Other than that this is okay.

I'm using mouse and shi-painter?? Zomg the nostalgia! :D
truthfully the main reason I haven't been using shi is because the advanced mode is intimidating and stupid and hates me and I didn't realize you could change it back to the paintbbs-ish version... >< and I'm using a mouse because I don't want to bother my sister at this time of night... morning... zomg I have to get up in five hours. o_0

This looks pretty good. I like the color choices you made. The only problem I have is the arm. It looks twisted and almost noodle-like.
