a woman on a horse, go figure. A ref used for the rider only. erm. Yeah, I'm way too tired to finish this tonight. Forgive its lack of definition, I was just laying in some stuff and got a little carried away. |

All they heard, over and over, the screeching, the sobbing, the desperate pleading - (they knew it would amount to no avail.) - "God, god, please, don't take him, don't take him from me..." No one slept that night. They never did, and no one said a word to one another when they came to wake them the next morning...
davincipoppalag (Jul 25, 2007)
..and after several hours he was brought home from the dentist with a beautiful bright smile and a set of braces and they gave him lemonade and cookies and he said...gee that really wasn't so bad after all.
clover_pocky (edited Jul 26, 2007)
Davi, I laughed so hard after I read your comment, that I woke up my house. XD LOL, thanks. <3 DJ - It was the point, actually. <3 Sorry I made you sad, but I'm glad you get it.
enjoydotcom (edited Jul 26, 2007)
Lol@Dave and his immensely funny twisted mind. And if you don't mind me saying, a set of braces wouldn't be a luxury for this guy. Love how you did the vains on his arms.
Wraith (Aug 15, 2007)
HAHAHAH! Funny Comment Dave! Nice drawing Clover! At first Glance, I thought it was a Character known as Rawhead Rex. The most vicious character I ever knew. |

It looks dry, like something that's been bleaching in the sun. Especially his teeth and that cracked skull. |

I like to use characters with original ideas... It's like two for one!!Will finished later...
davincipoppalag (Jul 24, 2007)
Very original!
Hokori (Jul 24, 2007)
Thanks! I sorta' wanted it to look like a screenshot from an anime...
Sweetcell (Jul 25, 2007)
I think you accomplished it Hokori. I just love how the use of colors covey the fogginess of the steam and that single beam of light. I feel there should be a slight shadow under his hand to show seperation between him and the wall, but it's a quibble.
fleeting_memory (Sep 19, 2007)
Oh wow this is really cool. Your line are is fantastic and its an awesomely original concept. Right on. |

Falling is easy, it's getting back up that becomes the problem.
Roytje (Jul 25, 2007)
My favorite from you, so far. It has an excellent lighting and I like the details :)
PS (Jul 25, 2007)
Thanks for the nice comments.
Sweetcell (Jul 25, 2007)
His legs do look a bit stunted, but the shading and detailing makes you not really see it unless it was pointed out to you. His hands are nicely done (you got the digit wrinkles in there) and he looks like he's been shot by his well rendered expression. You get better and better, and your really good at doing scratchy pen work.Oh, and to answer your question Oekaki Shi has different types of medium tools (pencil, watercolor, airbrush and pen) Lascaux has really only two, but they can be used the same way.
Miss_DJ (Jul 25, 2007)
absolutely incredible finish |
