my 1st 2draw picture.. it's something like a dragon breathing fire (damn.. is there a way to add coloured light to it? or at least a transparent marker...)

Click the little layer0/layer1 button on the bottom left of the toolbar. Whichever layer is selected will be drawn on. If you right click, it'll hide the selected layer (toggle).
If you want to erase off the top layer (transparency), use the White tool.
If you want to move something from one layer to the other, switch to the layer you want to move to, then use the lay-unif and drag a rectangle around whatever you want to move.

I like Omaha because it is funny because there are people who say "HEIL HITLER" and then the American goes "Damned Nazis!" and then there is a loud sound and later there is only American and some red stuff on the floor with a heap of somethings that looks like person but isn't because persons are living.
