i worked so hard on this... its like, 11:30 when i started at nine. im very proud of how it turned out... the eye still bothers me but it was the best i could do. *passes out*

Nice picture, but how does that rhyme? "a" rhyming with "a" is not rhyming, and it's cheating to think so. It's like Lenny Kravitz when he says:

Very pretty dress. When I first scrolled down to this pic, it went a little too far so that her head was not visible.. it looked as though the torso was the head with a turban and mask and she had her hands up adjusting her hat. lol

basically it's an elitist buddy-back-patting system which has no real relation to actual quality of art or an formal guidelines or process...
so to answer your question, no there aren't any particular steps.

for some weird reason, this drawing reminds me of the dude thats in the band Har Mar Superstar who also was the dancer guy, who went up against starsky in the night club, in the recent starsky and hutch movie. except maybe a bit fatter version of that guy!

she has a nose, its just really hard to see. the skirt seems less shaded than the rest, look a little out of place to me. the tail has the same problem, but other than thatm, this is a great pic

Pretty good I wish it were bigger. Unless you were trying to keep it close to the actual real-life size.
