This flower made me sooo mad sometimes but in the end it turmed out ok. Anyway, this is my first drawing on the intermediate board.

I think this is good. It could use some sharpening on the edges..and a couple more shadows..and highlights..but it's a good looking flower |

My mom has an angel that she used to put on top of our christmas tree. I'm trying to attempt realism, and its coming out okay so far, but its not quite there yet. |

I think this is one of the most awesome drawings you've ever draw Lori. Making it sharper or spending more time on it could ruin it's dynamic qualities. It would be cool to see you spend 3-4 hours on a piece like this but hey, I rarely do that either so I should stfu.

What Cloxboy said, detailing and sharpening it up would kill what's already here. Not all pictures are meant to be viewed up close after all. Actually, it takes a good eye to be able to add just the right highlights and blotches of colors to make it look realistic from a distance (not to mention keeping proportion as well). I think it's impressive the way it is. |
