Ok, I think you should look up a ref for the hands. The thumb is longer than the fingers, and the fingers don't really look like they're holding the staff. They're more... propping it up or something. You should probably clean up your lineart a bit too. The hat looks kind of cool though. :D fixed the hands a bit...
about 3/4 done with coloring...
