Thanks, everyone. I usually draw on very rough Canson paper with a soft pencil. I've found a tool that mimics the effect.

The thing started to mess up a bit at the end, so i didnt get to do the colouring quiet right.

I think the overall composition is more important than resolution.
You can easily spot the difference at a low resolution: comparison of both drawings

Also a couple of extra pixels are in your case more by a factor of greater than two
