DivineStar (Feb 5, 2007)
Axis and his dying wife. I'll get the story done sometime later. The mood was inspired by a korean drama's OST; Haeng Bok Ha Gil Ba Rae - Lim Hyung Joo. The song is very.......sentimental.....T____T

+13 for the blood....I think...?

something about the positioning of his facial features is really throwing me off-but I cant quite figure out what....other than that this is an awesome piece! Well drawn!

Classic, that's a great sketch, one the finest from those 2. The best part is when Farley would smile into the camera after reading, good stuff.

Took my time with this one. I think it's ok.
Still can't match the skin tones though.

I'm not a big fan of the blend brush, but I should learn to use the airbrush. Thanks.
What I really need to do is get the skin values right before I think about making anything smooth.
davincipoppalag (Feb 5, 2007)
You need both..this is a good one too HK.. must be a friend of Cindy's
Dr.Snoopy (Feb 6, 2007)
Oooh so fleshy!
Great work so far...

And yeah sometimes it's hard to work with the blend tool...
I'm currently practicing with the air brush, but it's hard to draw sharp edges. Everything has it's pros and cons.

Wow...the anatomy is wonderful. I just love to see the scetchy arts. Really wonderful. I personaly like scetche types better becuase the overall movement look is killed when its got a finnished look to it.

The scribbled way has it emotions, thats fir sure. and it looks like the dress is moving.. maybe shes dancing her killing dance.

I like the style you used on the lamp.
Alter.Native (Feb 5, 2007)
Now, this kinda reminds me of that other draw, with the face that had people wondering..well, not me ;) ..And again I like your ideas much.
Sweetcell (Feb 5, 2007)
I do like this version better, reminds me of some Heavy Metal magazine art. I think I'd like a lamp where you can dress the figure like a doll. I hope you don't over work this. Oh, and awesome highlighting on the lamp.
psychofox0 (Feb 5, 2007)

i cant tell whether its a big algea covered rock or a a mossy tree, but whatever it is, i love the idea, its beautiful, even if it is unfinished :)
davincipoppalag (Dec 2, 2006)
If you look at it another way..the figure on the left looks like a swirly headed person with a hole in the center wearing a hooded cape. (...checks label on coffee can to see if there's something 'special' in there.....)
HunterKiller_ (Dec 3, 2006)
Hmmm... Interesting.
Caddris (Feb 5, 2007)
*sigh* Did someone let it out again? (Sorry. I know it's a bad joke, but it had to be done.)
Anyway, it's a great picture. I love the cat's expression. It reminds me of my friend's one cat. That thing is psychotic.
