MURMER, is a DC comic character and his whole bit is that he is a surgeon that brutally kills people and cuts out their tongues, while doing so he babbles uncontrollably- which is why he sewed his own mouth shut
eventually. He is the FLASH's enemy

hey y'all
i'm working on a story that's about a man who wants to make a bargain with the devil to bring his wife back from the dead, and lo! this guy appears (instead of the devil). the devil's little brother handles all the business deals/bargains with mortals... and, er, yeah. this is him. i'm still working on the story... (or not working at all on it). comments & criticism are much appreciated! :)

Nice little girl! Very sweet! Though it probably is just the way you draw fingers in your style, I imagine her having claws. She could be the sweet little girl with the claws. >:)
