(May 21, 2005)
yup
davincipoppalag (May 21, 2005)
This has a dreamy quality to it. It does look like she's in a tent or something.. Very nice!
laurael (May 22, 2005)
Well, 'I' like your 'big, fat mess'...like the way you did her dress and hair and the way she's lying down.
featherstone (May 22, 2005)
thanks laur laur
laurael (May 22, 2005)
You're welcome, to be sure. :) |

featherstone (May 18, 2005)
thank you :) it wasn't easy drawing a sideways face!
laurael (May 22, 2005)
I like it when the thumb of a pic looks so real...awesome. Yes...sideways faces are hard to do...*nods* |

real pretty picture
davincipoppalag (May 19, 2005)
I like this! I know I have asked before, but I dont understand how you copy sections and move them. My eyes glaze when you guys try to explain the select tools..The hair in this is particularly good.
featherstone (May 19, 2005)
ya just click the little icon on the left of the applet that has two arrows, that will copy the layer.. then just click the 'move' icon to the right of the applet... and move it where ya want it.... either that or you can section off a certain part of the pic by using those dashy line lookin' icons... lol.. then move it..
laurael (May 22, 2005)
Scary...uh, sorry...that was for the 'other' pic. You did good with the hair. Oh, hell...this is scary too... :) |

OK I really like drawing twisty trees so fun! ^__^ Maybe this one is a bit more scary?
DeadlyBlondeArcher (May 22, 2005)
This is sooooo....creative, imaginative, stylish, whimsical, I could go on and on. It's just a really good piece of art. As a matter of fact, if it were a painting I would buy it and hang it in my house. I love big old trees... sometimes I wish the ones that have been around for a hundred years or more could talk. Just think of everything they've seen. Standing on the shore by the ocean makes me feel like the person in your picture.
HunterKiller_ (May 22, 2005)
Ditto with Cindy.
laurael (May 22, 2005)
I always found trees to climb...I love trees...I wish I had one like this in my backyard. I would be on it just like that little person you have there...great shadow too.
featherstone (May 22, 2005)
I really like this too, good jobbers |

Too much meticulating with the deer. Time to put an end to this.
Anna (May 22, 2005)
I am such a fan of your artwork. There's always so much to it and you use lovely colors! Glad to see more of your work again, Cord
HunterKiller_ (May 22, 2005)

emmamommalag (May 22, 2005)
This is just too gorgeous. I love it.
laurael (May 22, 2005)
I really like the work you do...so imaginative and interesting to look at. I 'have' no imagination...*sniff*... |

So who do you love? Who do you trust when your friends take a match to your front lawn? A panicked face makes the peacock proud. So who do you love? Who do you trust? Who do you kill when your senator drags out your first born? A panicked face makes the peacock proud.
Anna (May 22, 2005)
whoa! really cool, alex! I love the bones!
Kloxboy (May 22, 2005)
Very creative idea, well done.I wish I had thought of this idea when we had to draw those lame hand-traced turkeys for Thanksgiving Day in first grade. I'm sure the teacher would respond with abject indifference...as it should be.
davincipoppalag (May 22, 2005)
This is a grabber. The bony hands/peacock tail are so creepy!
laurael (May 22, 2005)
The bones are great, but I like how you did the bird itself, too. |

I messed up Ian McDiarmid's face.:( Episode 3 was great, though. Especially Palpatine (before the hideousness took place :P).
davincipoppalag (May 21, 2005)
This is very good!
taori (May 22, 2005)
bitchin'. yeah, i liked it too. i saw it at midnight (brought ma lightsaber and ma jedi boots, thank you very much) on wednesday and was actually quite satisfied. unlike the other two, it actually added something to the original plot. and plus, yoda gets a piggyback ride from chewbacca. it doesn't get cooler than that.
emmamommalag (May 22, 2005)
Wow, this is great. |

The hurt inside is fadingThis shit gone way too far. All this time I've been waiting No I can not grieve anymore. For what's inside awaking. I'm not, I'm not a whore You've taken everything and oh I can not give anymore.
Kloxboy (May 22, 2005)
Your presence is appreciated. This drawing is very unique. The colors, the composition and the patterns in this piece rock very much.
safescene (May 22, 2005)
I missed your wonderfulness, Zappo. It's eye is hypnotizing... |
