My Little Challenge

I'm just putting this in intermediate just so that I have space for later revisions. Anyways, this is a challenge for me since I never tried drawing an actual face in realism. I'm using a reference from a magazine. I'm trying to get it look as exact as possible but it's not going too well. =\ But let's see how this is going to turn out.

lips are too big, and the nose should be getting thinnner upwards. The chin also looks kind of pointy. pretty good though.

I think the nose is a little better but I made the shines on the lips even worse, oh yeah, the pale skin color is just perfect, and I am now finished with this.
