A new character I'm working on. I'm not too sure what to name him, though. I think Dimitri is kinda cool, but I'm not sure is suits him.Tips anyone? I'm leaving this unfinished because I might come back and do a bg and some shading. :O |

Hmm, well, I'm back. I had summer school so I couldn't really draw anything. Yeshhh, never taking media arts classes during summer again. It was cool though, I got to be an intern for a company and design a product for them. I'm on my way to being a graphic designer. And I also got 6 college credits. I guess it was worth the sacrifice of a month of summer... maybe. Well, here's my latest creation. I hope this one turns out ok when I color it. I'll fix some of the mistakes when I ink it. ^_^ EDIT- Damn it. I can't finish this because it's too big. Waaah, I wanted to finish this one too. *pout* Holy crap this is taking forever

I know i need more practice. I used a magazine for ref. but only for the basic face shape. (I can see the one eye is off) and then did the rest w/out ref.

I LOVE her lips. And about the eye, not everybody is perfect. Some people are a little crooked. But if perfection is what you seek, then go for it. :D

Pretty, Jana,,I would like it better if the eyes and features weren't so clearly outlined..maybe blend or blur edges a tad? I dunno..I suck at people..just a thought |
