So I decided I want to post a few pictures there but there's no "how to" I can find.

just click the 'submit deviation' link in the right side of your account, where all your stats can be seen. :)

Haha, aww. So, I assume you've made an account? If so, if you go to the main deviantart page, there should be an option bar along the right side, with the top option being "submit deviation." Click that, and the uploading/description page will pop up. Most of the sections are self-explanatory - the "category" thing is mostly bs, just choose something that fits vaguely. The "keywords" means putting things like "fantasy dragon maiden knight" if all those things are in your drawing/photo.

Those are just the vague outlines of the process - if you have more specific questions, I can probably be a bit more helpful.

I mean they really cover their asses here. Just seems to me they have all the power and whoever agrees to submit their art, under their terms, can't say diddly squat if Deviant uses it (according to their liscence) and makes money off of your work. Am I just reading it wrong?

You must be. there's people there who get upset if you LOOK at their work let alone use it or sell it.. and they seem happy (FYDAS)

Hmm, I'm going to have to think about this and go over their policies carefully. It just seems too suspicious and full of a lot of legal matter for an art site.
