Well, not always. You obviously aren't old enough to have had to deal with the IRS or a boring boyfriend/husband, yet. :) The secret to all of it is just don't get caught, see.
Here's some good advice, really.... if your Mom is holding that "wait till your father gets home" scare tactic thing...(don't hide in your room in fear and wait for them to have that stupid parent conference). do this... As soon as he hits the door, run up and say "Daddy, I cheated on a test and I'm really sorry.." (and mean it) This pulls the rug out from under your mother and it will probably floor your father as well. Works better than anything else, I found. (this is only effective once, so make sure this is when you need it) ;)
lol well i hardly cheet lol but my dad would just hit my in the face if i toldhim my mom the one who would just blow me offbut i like it it made me laugh!^-^
