Ummm... Don't use the pixel brush?

This is the smoothest I've ever gotten with a mouse...;

Here's the only tips I have for you:
Pen tool at 120 opacity while set on curve aaand...airbrush.

Kiketsu isn't talking about smoothness. S/he is actually using the pixelated brush... so... no wonder it's pixelated.

We all start somewhere. You'll get used to them over time. :)

PaintBBS - Use the WAtercolor tool
Shi-Painter - Use the Water color tool or Pen tool

Something that may help is adjusting the mouse speed/ sensitivity. [ in the control panel ]

Oh! And Clean your mouse and the surface your mouse moves on FREQUENTLY. Dirty mice make lumps and can mess things up.
