It's nice. The only thing I don't like are those two pencils at the top.

I like the two pencils at the top, it gives it a sense of depth. Nice sketch. :D

teh pencils are a good way to show depth, but they look out of place... i do like the hand though very much, i can draw good looking realistic hands.
