Anyone out there know a site where you can type in something and what you typed is repeated back to you?
Preferably in a cheesy robotic voice??? C'mon, I know there has to be something like this out there and I'm thinking someone on this site has probably found the end of the internet by now and has come across something such as this in their travels. So if anyone Knows of one or finds one, please let me know.... P.s. sorry for the stupid, random forum post |

Yeah, I know 'bout those things.. But I don't know where to find them. I tinkered with that program while using a mac, so I dunno. Never even bothered to remember the name of the program. Sorry.

There was something a long time ago called POW WOW that would do that. Some chat program. Might still be around.

If you have Windows XP, go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Accessibility > Narrator!
And listen to the awesome voice of Narrator! It is fun to play with but I do not know how useful it is otherwise. >:) |XOD| |

yeah you can use the XP one. though im not sure otherwise. hmm.. i think fruityloops might have one? not sure if thats free/legal anyhow.

It's pretty funny to make the artificial voice say slang or offensive things.
I heard that Excel has a text-to-speech feature under Tools>Speech>Text to Speech, but I don't have Excel so I couldn't say. |

Yup, mazi. You're right, fruityloops has a great voice generator. As for the cost, Im not sure. I don't think its free, though.

There must be some freeware "text to speech" programs (they are probably better than narrator). It is easy to find them with the help of Google. >:)

If you're a "Fruity Loops" user, there is a voice generator on there. You can type in anything, and you can change the voice around a hundred different ways to get any sort of tone or effect. very cool.
