Pretty cute. If yuo want to make it a lot faster and easier, here's what you do: ON your first layer draw the cat like you did in just black and white. Then make a new layer and put it behind the first one and color the cat. Then, make ANOTHER layer and put it behind the first two and make your background! Thats what I do now and my drawing time is cut at least in half. It's great!
