Showcase entry!
Lol.. I just had to make the title all fancy like. Destruction being the practice pictures I've tried to do with my tablet, returning as in going back to the way I use to draw (All water colors, including the line art, using a mouse... )! Its all catchy n_n;
The picture bing a soldier returning home from the dirt and blood shed of war. The Dragon.. just being there to look cool... Yeah.. I'll shut up now. n_n;;

How did you come up with a style, anyhow? When did you start using this style? Has it always been this good?

Absolutely a ridiculous falsehood, at least in my case. I'm very sparing with my showcase entries and haven't added one in quite a while, but I assure you that I don't in any way consider the 'name' or 'status' or whatever of the artist above actual artistic quality. In fact, the reason I don't add many pictures to the showcase is probably because I like to recognize art from people who don't have anything in the showcase yet, and that doesn't always show up often.
As to the 'bumping stuff' bit, that again is ridiculously untrue. If an entry is on the wrong board or whatever, I'll move it regardless if the artist was UnknownN00b or TheSonofGod.
Personally I'd say that some of you just sound bitter. What's the big deal about the showcase, anyway? You don't get a prize, you don't get any special treatment. If your art is worthy of recognition, it will eventually end up here, and if it doesn't, what should it matter to you? Your value as an artist doesn't depend on whether or not one of us moderators takes the time to click the 'showcase' option on your picture.

...I'm a bad person. I know it was a typo. But listen, since I wasn't the mod who added it, I can't give you a detailed breakdown of why it's here. It's here because some mod liked it and decided to showcase it. There's no detailed criteria we have to follow- the description of the showcase itself says 'Images listed here are images that moderators thought deserved merit. This is by no means a complete listing of all the good pieces of artwork on 2draw.net.'
