(May 4, 2004)
Come on baby, let's do the twist (er) (Tornado in a circa 1950's neighborhood :)
Soshell (May 9, 2004)
hey i was doing the twist last night at my mom and stepdad's reception last night :D..but seriously cool picture :) i like those cars it looks like the pic is set in the fifties (they did the twist back then right?)
DeadlyBlondeArcher (May 9, 2004)
Well, yeah, actually this is kind of early sixties I guess. They were twisting then and twisting again in the 60's. I was born in the mid 60's so alot of these cars were still driving around when I was little and I have always loved them. :)
thug (May 12, 2004)
this is my favorite of your most recent art. That looks just like the neighborhood I lived in until I turned 3. We go back there sometimes and it still looks like this, only without the classic cars. Never got a tornado but my dad burned up the back yard accidently once. Ahhh, reminiscing about the good old days... I can still feel the ashes burning my eyes.

DMV
(May 5, 2004)
Every little boy should have one:)
Knockoff (May 5, 2004)
Lol, I like this dmv, His expresion is funny, and the bloody tears are cool. The dude should bite his finger, lol.Oh yeah, the thumb has one to many joints in it. If you look at your fingers, all of them cept your thumb can bend from 3 places, on your thumb you can only bend 2 different places.
mooseflower (May 5, 2004)
Actually, your thumb does have three joints, one is near your wrist, one where your thumb sprouts out, and one is about a centimeter below your fingernail. If you couldn't bend the one down near your wrist, you wouldn't be able to grasp anything.
davincipoppalag (May 5, 2004)
It's an alien skeleton. They have an opposable finger instead of a thumb so they can pick their very large nasal cavity better. These human dolls are very popular on Planet DMV, they were all the rage last Christmas.
Pandora (May 6, 2004)
Wow, this is thought provoking..which is the alien? The bones are great looking and he does look like hes being squeezed to death. I could see this on a t-shirt with something that says..What more do you want out of me. lol Nice work DMV. |

Scales...Aaah...*dizzy* Oh, my aching wrist... Thanx __your_face__ for helpful tips!
ChibiMidori13 (Apr 19, 2004)
Nice! Looks kinda like Spyro the dragon from that Playstation game though XDShould I add yellow stripes on the wings? Coming in from the outside edge and stopping about halfway? I can't decide.
5i/\/\pl3 84c|<gr0|_| /\/d 5ugg357io/\/5? 4/\/d d035 4/\/y80dy 5p34|< /\/\y d3y34l3ct? (Simple background suggestions? And does anybody speak my dialect?)
mooseflower (May 4, 2004)
I like purple, I like dragons, I love this! For background suggustions, maybe a castle tower, a cliff, a mountain, a bunch of knights strung up by their toes...? (I could read the dialect thing, but I can't write it or speak it) |

It's an illustration for a short story that I'm writing in english. Just watch my teacher send me to the counselor as soon as he finishes reading it.
mooseflower (May 3, 2004)
Well, stuff about the story: 1) it's for the school antology, my topic was the factory 2) They are unwanted slaves sold to a company that makes household products such as shoe and furniture polish (it doesn't actually say that in the story because it's from the p.o.v. of that girl on the left who has no idea what's happening) 3) The guy's eyes look like buttons because the factory sucks the souls of the slaves in small installments and uses the ectoplasmic essence to make said household products. 4) That is why I would be sent to the counselor. 5) I'll memo the story to you.
Ixbalam (May 3, 2004)
I see. The story is about students in school then.
mooseflower (May 3, 2004)
lol, basicly.
Knockoff (May 4, 2004)

Knockoff (May 30, 2004)
Looks like toad is finally being used for a good reason....Hmm this is awesome. The scratchy-ness of this one is cool. The lineart color is cool because most people just use boring black (like me) |

Whew 10min break. I've never drawn an Elf character before, so I thought I would on 2draw...I'm having fun, I like drawing the ears because they can be any way you want...very free will elves... ^_^ *stares at self in mirror* You will finish this drawing tonight. YOU WILL!
Konaru (May 3, 2004)
this is really cool, and pretty i love the hair and the colors of the backgorund and the skin
laurael (edited May 22, 2004)
How the heck did I miss this one? I really like this...and the tattoo looks like one of those crop circles...neat...
Invierno (Jun 19, 2004)
Its fine the way it is. Everyone's version of what an elf, dragon, etc should look like is doformed in some way or the other. But then again, it isn't deformed to the one drawing it. I actually like the proportions of the arms to the hands, and yeah, very pretty elf you got there. Not sure if that constitutes me having homosexual fantasies or not though. ha. The detail isn't too overwhelming, I think that's probably what I like most about it.
Cordelia_Pink (Feb 7, 2005)
this is a pretty good picture. nice elf. i like the design on the bottom of his shirt. |
