hey you used hard edges here, look at thatthat's a good job, the affects of light it would also make sense to put greeni n there with the yellow, too

Emma's right...especially when you miss a day or two coming up here...the pictures seem to get lost in the shuffle. The best thing to do, I guess, would be to LOOK IN A PERSON'S GALLERY for anything you might have missed(which I, at times, am remiss in doing too).Awesome face on this one, ED... but I also enjoyed the animation...it was wonderful to watch!

Bumpinthenight is right about the eye but i think it has to do with the light in his eyes... if you make the light reflection alittle more bright in (his) left and add another light shine next to it to match his other eye then i think that will fix it!!! It might not be like that on the real pic but i think it will make it look not so out of place!!! Anyway awesome job yah did here Gigandas!! Very charming!!! ^_~

Thanks everyone who commented :) ILK - this isn't in the advanced room because it is practice doing fur, and if you look at the reference piccy, you will notice that it looks nothing like the real fur...

from an old b&w photo from which the caption reads: A marine covered with dirt, grime and coral dust boards a coast guard assault transport in February of 1944 after two days and nights of fighting on Eniwetok in the Marshall Islands.More than anything else, I wanted to capture his expression... that "thousand mile stare". Think I got it.
