lol thanks.. I know the colors are a bit off.. he kinda looks like somebody fliped him on his head for an hour and then fliped him back real quick :P o well.. practise...

Do you work with layers? I mean, I do use a layer for the silouette for the face...and then I add more layers and more layers on for shadowing process. Try using more layers if u didnt tryied it, and tehn u can join them if u want

yeah.. see sometimes I dont trust the laers though. Like I obviously put the Bg on one layer.. but i make the whole face on another.. i usually only use 3 on these and then deleate my sketch when i feel that the real picture is far enough. like in this picture, the black shadow and the face color are all on one layer. Just sometimes, if I go to smooth something out, a while line appears from the colors mixing with the white, and then it looks unnatural so I usually just keep it one one layer, but I guess for certain aspects I could have used another layer. Thankyou for the suggestion :D

They eye looks funny :P... i donno why. just practicing with shading.. any suggestions for.. anything?shaded it a little deeper.. hope its better

Wow! That looks real cool!! maybe..seen as you've got all the skin and stuff blurry, blur the eye a lil bit more... just a suggestion

Well the reason why the eye may look funny is because there's no lid, eyelashes, or defined eyebrow. Next time.. add those in.. and it'll be that much better! Nice job. |

A little something for halloween.. lol just practisingworking on faces.. better to start with ugly on purpose lol for halloween.. um.... any shading tips?

i dont really have any tips for you, seeing as how this is better than i could prbly do. (just try looking at yourself in the mirror, and paying close attention to the shadows on your face) happy halloween!

donno... prbly could do sumthin to it.... like burn the background and... do something better.. but I couldnt think..so yeah.. another cherry for... lol lucky me.. cherry week is prbly over right now.. if that is the case.. its an apple.. or whatever u want it to be but... yeah..

thats pretty cool though. I like how the colors are broken in half, it looks like an abstract piece at first glance, but it is also representational, which is cool because it looks like a mean fish.

sry.. touched up the BG a bit.. um.. made it looks spiffy, shiney, spunkey, flebobent, um.... yellow lol yeah.. so I guess we could submit this now.. if you want.. atleast as unfinished so that people can see um...... CHEESE CAKE and then they can try OUR new diet.. the cheesecake diet :D

This looks really nice, can't wait to see the finished version n_nOMG.. ok... I think I am done.. the shading on the green part was really starting to make me mad... dont pay attention to the clock.. my dad got all mad at me and kicked me off the comp for a bit, but yeah.. I forgot that :P a tennis court has the green portion.. lol it was late, but yeah... so I fixed that too

Not bad, The angle looks a bit off between the end of the gun barrel and the bullet.The gun barrel appears to be pointing a bit to the left and the bullet seems to be going to the right. Take a look ad DBA's gallery and look at the one she did. |
