Well I have to say you've improved a lot. If I may just make a suggestion of going back and thinning the lines around the jaw neck and eyes and lowing the jaw line a little more. And take advantage of the font tool to make the letters better. Keep it up.

Nice I like it. Great shading, especially on the clothes, might want to use a reference for the hat tho
