You shouldn't say mean things staci. Dave has been a supportive artist here who deserves a lot of admiration for his kindness. The reason he gets so many comments is because he has gained the respect of so many people who appreciate the comments he makes on their drawings. I'm no exception...

So leaving phony ass positive comments on everything (no matter how shitty the drawing is) so that no talent little shits will like you, is pure bullshit, Arique. So you can take the whole "I'm gonna leave a nice comment on so-n-so's because they left one on mine" and shove it up your ass. Oh, and another thing Dave, must you end EVERY phony comment you make with an exclamation point? Are you people really so pathetic that these token dime a dozen bullshit comments that Dave is always leaving actually mean something? Don't you get it? He leaves them NO MATTER WHAT YOU DRAW. I don't have a ton of patience either.. I work on mine for a few minutes at a time..or a half hour most...and just keep doing it until I can't think of any way to make it better...everyone works different speeds.. some can do a masterpiece with a few lines and a few minutes.. some can't....It took Michaleangelo years to finish the Cistine ceiling...just work until you're tired and let it go for awhile..then come back when you feel inspired.. ((Jilly)) I dunno.. you just seemed like a Jilly to me

Hey, I did not know you were here. I love all of your stuff. Would love to see you do some more. Sketchfu has gotten boring for me, I am afraid. I have also made an enemy here and not sure how to fix it. She (sweetcell) is really pissed at me. I only memo'd her that I did not appreciate her nit picky comments. Ouch...I got a mouthful back. Now I see she is a top dog her....oh.....woe is me. Something came over me and possessed me, I swear! Miss seeing you...how is your back? Come visit.I think this one, your anime or what ever you call those and your nude are my favorite.

to me it's impressive that you've got the two figures in the background out of focus but without looking like you totally harrassed the blur tool. I guess there's just a really good balance between them and the sharp foreground. Coolio PS.

Thanks, guys. I guess the thing with the blurry background is to not add too much detail to the things that are going to be out of focus (stay with bigger strokes and stuff), then it looks much more natural when you blur them.
