I've got the general idea down. I may come back and mess with it later, but I believe this is all I want to do with it for now.

They are fascinated with Clem's shiny cleanness..he just got detailed at the mudskipper wash..
Aubrey (Jul 2, 2004)
Looks like she's hoping he'll fall on the stick lol. This is such a cute picture. You can tell he's really happy.
DinoFlorist (Jul 5, 2004)
I think that your mudskipper pictures are your best pictures. That's saying a lot, considering I told you 'zen' was the best one I'd seen on here. But the mudskippers are so imaginitive and great looking. The whole mudskipper tale could be done in a series of drawings or painitngs or a book and the drawings would win a caldecott medal!

Skippy? Clem? Is this a tv show? Whatever it is, these things are cute. :)

Gigandas (Jul 3, 2004)
It's a fish cannon.....just a guess :)....
DireOnion (Jul 3, 2004)
A fish cannon, indeed. For some reason I felt like drawing a man with a fish cannon, so when I saw the new theme, I just had to do it.

Watch out...those bottles are 'deadly'...

Lol! This is clever, laureal. I love that little green birdie's facial expression!
Gigandas (Jun 30, 2004)
Hehehe, funny to think he's flying with such a fragile looking cape XD.But man, I'd stay away from that guy, looks like he could stand quite a beating. The bird is great too with that face of his XDDD.Nice one, laurael :).Just wondering but is the green bird like his sidekick?XD
laurael (edited Jun 30, 2004)
Naw...he was just flyin' along and got frightened by such a 'bigger' creature flying. That cape happens to be his 'recieving' (or baby) blanket. :) which is just for 'super hero' looks and security, btw. (He can actually fly without it)
Gigandas (Jun 30, 2004)
lol, I thought he was always frightened to be his sidekick XDD.Must be a magical baby too to be able to fly without a cape.Even Superman needs a cape....well now this guy can show him off can't he ;)?

I figured if I was lobbying for a new theme, I'd better at least enter this one

Did you ever see the Rod Taylor edition of The Time Machine? This looks like one of the Morlocks in that!

Time to pay homeage to those we take for granted. Lol...
Not that we use water to wash brushes when we paint online...

This is cute... I have some baby food jars that I use to put turpentine in when I paint and when it evaporates and the paint dries in the bottom if a brush is left in there it's usually stuck forever and I just throw the whole thing away. What this reminded me of. :)
PolythenePam (Jun 28, 2004)
I have this jar of water in my bedroom with about 5 paintbrushes crammed in there and I haven't changed it for months. Well, 'cept yesterday I knocked it over and it went everywhere, so now the carpet in that corner of my room remains a shade of browny-reddy-blue. Mum wasn't so happy :P
davincipoppalag (Jun 29, 2004)
Don't ya hate when that happens. This is cute Pam.. fun playing Isketch with you today!
