The eyelashes need to curve a bit, and try to blend the colors in the iris a bit more. Other than that I think it's pretty good.

I would put the eye ball on another layer just so you add more detail and shade right
under the eye lid... I agree with Bubblicious.

Yea the iris looks pretty good inside.. you need to clean up the edges some..not bad looking at all
