my best meal is Lasagna, but the hubby does most of the cooking here. Minnesota is known for it's hotdishes and wild rice.

I had red beans and rice today.

Red beans and rice is like a staple dish in my house...I don't know how you eat yours..but next time add smoked sausage, onion and some jalopeno...cook it all together in one big pot...so friggin good...somtimes i'll add in a can of tomato too..
