Cn anyone give me some pointers on how to draw eyes in total watercolor?

Drawing eyes in water line art? For what? Paint BBS? Shi-Painter? If it anything else, then I can't help you.

Shi-painter - forget it.. use the pen tool.
Paint BBS - You select the color and the size, preferably '2' or smaller. Afterwards, make sure that the grey bar is on '245' or '250' based on your preferences. Make sure you have a steady hand because this might take some time to draw.

There are other ways, but this is the way I use... Hope this helps you somehow.
