Could we organise something similar??

I looked at it, but I'm afraid I really don't understand what the deal is.. I see that parts were drawn separately but I couldnt discern what the purpose was.. I didnt read it too carefully..there was too much

on the other hand, it is completely possible. Preferably on a much smaller scale though. I'm not sure if anyone here wants to go through the process of setting up such a project, and that may be the biggest sticking point. That and the "be at least 18 years old" requirement for using the mechanical turk to begin with.

Maybe it would be better if we did something like a site-wide mosaic ourselves?


just a side note, this quote from here "What if this process were reversed and a computer program could ask a human being to perform a task and return the results? What if it could coordinate many human beings to perform a task?" is slightly concerning after all the movies I've seen like Terminator, The Matrix, I Robot, etc. Just slightly. XP
