Hey! My tablet is pretty much useless now thanks to having a new computer with vista. The pen works ok once I place it down, but when I first put it against the pad it lags or something and will not respond to my first strokes. I have played with vista options to no avail so far.

I would be surprised if I was the only one with this error, but have not found a solution via googling info or from wacom's support page. I came here because I know most of you are tablet users yourselves, and so certainly some of you have vista; but do you have TABLET ERRORS?

turn off pen flicks and tap and hold.

Thanks for the tips! Unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem; I'm still getting huge lag spikes that make it impossible to draw anything that isn't one continuous line. Any more ideas?

if you completely disable those, it will work.
