I have been thinking how we could work best as a team. Composition and feel of colors are 2 issues. So I searched for a black and white ref which will be the composition-guideline:

I think it has a lot of interesting things going on and it should be fun to mess with all these structures.
This is just a rough start...feel free to change anything you want, but you should keep it grayscale.

Don't know about the grass..

Yeah grass is hard to do but it looks good so far. How about we use the airbrush tool for the unfocused grass in the front(and maybe back too) and put it on a new layer. Oh and just noticed her shoes are still missing.

Yes, good idea. Unfocused grass is difficult, but it gives the drawing much more depth :)
