This is excellent! Those tattoo like markings are so pretty, the colors are pleasing. I haven't seen the other entries, nor do I completely understand the contest subject, but still I feel this should win :D.

This was a very nice showing and it definately has a luminous quality to it. The feathers on the chest work really well for giving a sense of volume to its body while the rest of the feathers fade off as flames.

Sorry about 2nd place Arique, this was clearly superior to the other entries.

It was a close call this time, and I waited half the day while I thought it over. I'd like to have been able to make things a tie so the decision making would be simplier. Actually I was fully expecting there to be disargeement over one or more of the placings. Regardless, this was a very nice entry.
