Why 13=+?
It's alright but if you go back and clean the lines up and make whatever that thing is in the back more defined it would look better.

Yah, the idea has been rolling around my head to make a little tribute to fallen Spartan II's from the books. I guess just to interpret what they look like...

Well I still can't see it. Try cleaning up the lines and putting more detail in the bg character, maybe add some shading in greys. This could be better, it's not an insult. I can see you have skills. Do try.
