Hey Barb, this is great! I thought you said you couldn't draw animals... well you were wrong or being humble. How did you do the background? I really like that technique. Can you teach me? Jillj
Don't you hate....when your internet provider is so shitty.....that it keeps bumping you off the net every 10 or 20 minutes and you have to wait a full 5 minutes before you can get back on?
As for the bg I just put the texture tool which is at the lower right hand corner under the layer tools to almost 20 to 25 then used the gradient and swept it up (putting a dark base down first) and slowly built up the gradient by sliding the texture tool left. Hope that helps.
Just wanted to say that I like this picture - the original is actually a picture of my cat Yoshi which seems to have been doing the rounds of the internet! Also wanted to say that his head really was tipped to the side like that, no photoshopping done! He was part siamese and a bit mad!!! This has always been my favourite picture of him - it was taken back in 2001 and has been horizontally flipped...for the original see http://flickr.com/photos/needles/336436935/in/set-72157594444776284/
hilarious... I came to your gallery to see what you've been up to and saw this... I have missed so much lately. My daughter now has a kitten... and he busts some pretty funny moves. He keeps me laughing and of course that's the only reason I haven't put a cap in him yet. :D
