It's not that bad. :) I like your coloring, but your lineart needs to be cleaned up. I can't really give advice on lines, but if you ask somebody else they might be able to help you.
For lineart on Oekaki I like to use the airbrush, med thick lines, then coming back with the soft erasure on med flow and shaving the lines down, takes longer but the lines are clean and smooth, plus you get a difference in thickness. Some people like to use the watercolor tool. If I attempt (and that's a challenge for me) solid shading I'll use the pen with the size at 2. Any thicker and it would be, well too thick :D Maybe size 1 for more detail but the only time I use the pencil is to sketch. Pencil just makes too ragged lines. Hope that helps Elfen.
