No, I think "The Scream"'s energy is different than this picture. This is... despair, this is fear, hurt. "The Scream" to me, is just frenetic, panicked energy being directed in the vague kind of implication of fear. This is... deeper, for some reason, closer to humanity rather than abstractism, declaring man as a small, weak being, rather than just a collection of shapes and colours. There is a raw quality in this as well that "The Scream" does not manage to convey.
This is vaguely reminiscent of "The Scream" ..at least it has the same kind of emotion in it.. Great stuff
