Do you use layers? There's too much white space in her face, and though I like how you did the hair and eye there needs more shadows, not to mention a bg would be nice. Seriously, you should go back and work on this a bit more.

yes, i use layers. i hate skin tones. and i'm a HE. thank you. i used mosaiac because i was bored, and i only have limited time on these computers. chilax, okay? you lose 10 respect points... lol. just kidding. :)
