That's a sword? I thought it was a transformer. You might want to rethink going back and making it look more sword-like. And the foreground..... squiggles? And try building up your clouds using med grey with watercolor or airbrush and lightly painting it more and more adding lighter shades as you go. You really should go back andwork on this more.
