Anything new features in the new version? Or are there just bug fixes?

I upgraded it because mazi reported having problems resuming a pic from the animation file. Whether or not the upgrade was necessary to fix that problem, it worked once I did.

Feel free to find them in the program. Or, or, you could go read them on the website, but they're in japanese, and running them through a translator is fruitless.

But from what I've seen, new features are basically never added, simply because of the nature of the program, and looking at the code, how incredibly hard it is to add new things to.

If anything is added, most likely you'll only find it on the advanced mode, not the classic mode, since it has that modular (incredibly annoying and non-dockable) floating toolbox system.
